INVITATION FOR BIDS

SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONG OF 06 NOS ELECTRONIC METAL DETECTORS AND 03 NOS WALK-THROUGH METAL DETECTION DEVICE

1. Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd (AIA) invites bids from local and international eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of security equipment to Gan International Airport

1. The successful bidder shall supply AIA with 02 Nos Hand Luggage Screening Machine with a warranty of 01 year from installation date.
2. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security of MVR 20,000/-(Maldivian Rufiyaa Twenty thousand) The validity of the bid security shall be 28 days beyond the validity of the bid. and may be extended if required; notice of which shall be communicated with the Bidders.
3. AIA reserves the right to accept, reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder or Bidders or any obligation to inform the Bidder or Bidders of the grounds for cancellation.
4. Bidder shall register to participate in the bid via email to procurements@ganairport.aero
5. Bid Documents shall be e-mailed to registered bidders. For any inquires regarding the bid, please e-mail procurements@ganairport.aero
6. Bid Documents can be obtained from the Admin Office at Building no. 100, Gan, 19070, Addu City. or by email upon request. For any inquires please e-mail procurements@ganairport.aero
7. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes before 14:00hrs on 14th February 2021.
8. Bids shall be opened at 14:00hrs on 14th February 2021. at Admin Office Building Meeting Room in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
9. This bid invitation does not entail any commitment on part of AIA. 
10. Any cost of preparation of the bid shall be borne solely by the Bidder.
