INTRODUCTION

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd is an ISO and OHSAS Certified multi-disciplinary Engineering and Manufacturing organization mainly involves in providing Utility and Manufacturing related products and services to the Maldives.

The objective of this assignment is to invite experienced and reputed bidders, including solution providers and system integrators who have proven expertise to provide Proposals for Supply, Upgrade & Configuration of Existing IP Video Management System with HPE Hardware.

Scope of Works

The scope of the work shall include the following.

• Nx Witness Video Management System with Perpetual Licenses.
•  VMS Server Nodes | HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Plus Base Chassis Configure-to-order Compute Module
• Supply, Upgrade & Configuration of Existing IP Video Management System with HPE Hardware including On-the-Job Training: [HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Plus Compute Module]
• Supply, Upgrade & Configuration of Existing IP Video Management System with HPE Hardware including On-the-Job Training: [Nx Witness VMS]
• Warranty and Technical Support
• Delivery of Hardware and Installation

Eligibility Criteria

• Any single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity registered in the Republic of Maldives, only with 100% Maldivian shareholding parties are eligible to submit the proposal for this tender.

• Bid Form should serve as a front page of the bidder’s proposal. If the bidder fails to submit the completed Bid Form, the bid will be rejected. The bidder shall duly sign the Bid Form. Failure to do so will render the offer nonresponsive and disqualified.

• Bidder or proposer must be an Authorized Partner or Distributor of HPE and NX Witness VMS products and services. The bidder that does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods/Services to provide these Goods/Services in the Maldives. MAL must be referred to the project reference number.

• Bidder will maintain necessary resources for Implementation, Configuration and on-site technical support during the contract or support period. Installation, Configuration and Support must be provided by bidders Certified Team / Engineer(s).

• The Bidder should provide experience references (value each above 500,000.00 MVR per project) of successful implementation of similar implementations and should include descriptions of the system implemented as. The mentioned project references must consist of the names and contact information of the respective clients so that MWSC can contact and verify the project summaries. Minimum 01 reference letter for each type of project mentioned below in Clause 3.6 - Mandatory Documents, a total of 04 references for proof of supply and installation of similar project and services to other organizations within the past three (3) years is required. Failure to do so will render the bid nonresponsive and disqualified.

• The above must be fully supported by including all the following mandatory documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any, will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.

• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of National Identification Card / Passport of Certified Engineers
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)

• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP without any modifications, alterations, or suggestions)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate

• Installation Team / Engineer(s) Vendor Certified following Certificates required.
  • One (1) IP CCTV VMS Certified Engineer
  • One (1) HPE Storage Solution V2 and MSA Storage Certification
  • One (1) Implementing HPE Composable Infrastructure Solutions Engineer
  • One (1) HP 3PAR StoreServ 7XXX/8XXX Installation, Start-up, and Support Engineer
  • One (1) Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
  • One (1) VMware Certification
