INVITATION FOR BIDS

Professional Valuer - Revaluation of freehold land of Maldives

Monetary Authority 

1. The Maldives Monetary Authority is seeking the services of an independent Professional Valuer for revaluation of its freehold land i.e. Maldives Monetary Authority, Majeedhee Building, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, Male’, in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards and other relevant standards for financial accounting purpose.

2. Interested parties shall register for bidding by emailing an Expression Of Interest (EOI) to procurement@mma.gov.mv by 1300 hours (Maldives Time) of 11 August 2024. Please provide the following information in the bid registration email.

• Email Address
• Company Website

3. Request for Proposal (RFP) will be shared with all the registered parties.

4. Bidders requiring any clarification of the Bidding Documents shall email their queries to procurement@mma.gov.mv before 1300 hours (Maldives Time) of 18 August 2024. The response to clarifications shall be provided by MMA on or before 1200 hours (Maldives Time) of 21 August 2024.

5. The bid proposal must be delivered to the address below on or before 1100 hours (Maldives Time) on 01 September 2024. Bid documents received later than 1100 hours (Maldives Time) of 01 September 2024 will not be accepted.
