Place of Work

  1. Lead in the overall direction and management of the Human Resource and Administration Department including managing the administrative and fiscal operations of the department, under the direction of Chief Operations Officer (COO).
  2. Assist with drafting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, SOPs, and guidelines.
  3. Assist in preparation of the Department annual budget. 
  4. Lead in daily HR operations including attendance, leaves, payroll, recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, staff appraisal, staff resignation and termination.
  5. Carry out training and development needs assessments and coordinate staff training and development programs.
  6. Ensure smooth operation of the daily administrative functions, including management of the reception, inventory and stock.
  7. Identify and address the administrative needs, maintenance, and other administrative requirements of the office.
  8. Carry out functional administrative tasks including timely and proper documentation and paperwork of the department.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. MQA level 7 qualification in Business Administration/Business Management/Human Resources with minimum 4 years of relevant experience in senior post.
  2.  MQA Level 6 qualification in related field with 6 years of experience in a senior post.
