Letter of Invitation to Tender

Invitation of Tender no: PRC/MPL/2024/130

1. Maldives Post Limited is pleased to invite registered parties in the Maldives to submit proposals for the announcement: “Enhancement of Mail Management System and Vessel Management App” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project”), in accordance with the requirements set by the Employer.

2. The Bidder (whether a single firm, partnership, company, or any other legal entity) must be registered in the Maldives.

3. The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with MIRA or the Ministry of Economic Development.

4. A pre-bid information session and bid submission will be held at Maldives Post Limited (Post Building) in accordance with the Tender Schedule outlined in clause 7.

5. Proposals will only be accepted from parties who attend the pre-bid session.

6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders. Bids submitted after the specified time will be disqualified.

7. Registration:

    To register for the tendering process, interested bidders must attend the information session as per the tender schedule; therefore, only participants who attended the pre-bid information session will be eligible to submit a bid proposal.
