Bid document shall be mailed to registered bidders. Only registered bidder will be allowed to participate in the bid.
Bids shall be opened on the date and time specified above. Bids submitted after the deadline shall be rejected and returned.
AIA, at its discretion may decide to cancel the bid invitation at any time.
