HDFC Plc has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the Admin & HR Team of the company in the capacity of an HR & Admin Officer.
Job Title: HR & Admin Officer
Job Description
- Provide support in all areas of Human Resources (HR) including but not limited recruitment and selection, learning and development, leave management, performance management, grievances and dispute resolution.
- Conduct orientation and training staff programs
- Manage Staff health insurance including reimbursements of health insurance claims
- Manage office supplies and inventory records
- Maintain documentation of company asset register including additions and disposals
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Business Administration / Human Resource Management
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

- Negotiable commensurate with qualification and experience
