INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY FOR SUPPLYING AND INSTALLATION OF AUTOMATIC WATER SPRINKLER SYSTEM AT STO HULHUMALE’ MEDICAL WAREHOUSE

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals to supply and install an automatic water sprinkler system at STO Hulhumale’ medical warehouse 

1.       Scope of Service Required

1.1   Installing an automatic water sprinkler system at STO Hulhumale’ medical warehouse.

2.       The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:

2.1   Parties that have completed a work of similar nature, up to MVR 1.5 million (minimum) within the past 5 years from 2024 

3     Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.1     A verifiable reference letter (minimum 1) consisting of the following:

• Basic details of the project (Including Project Name / Scope of work done / Project Value / Performance details) and reference pictures of the work completed

3.2   The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.   

3.3   The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.

 4.      Required documents for registration:

4.1   Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, MIRA TAX registration certificate and clearance report, Business information sheet).

4.2   Company shareholder ID cards.

4.3   Work completion / Reference letters.

4.    Tendering Process

Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to tenders@sto.mv along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. 

Deadline for registration:         19^th September 2024, 11:00 hrs

ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email on, 22^nd September 2024, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. 

Queries and Replies:              Queriesshall be writtenin English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 22^nd September 2024, 11:00 hrs to the address specified below. Response to queries will be given on 22^nd September 2024, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender.                

Tender submission:                Documents shall be emailed to tenders@sto.mv [NOT LATER than 26^th September 2024 at 11:00hrs.]

                                                     Submissions received after deadline will be rejected.
