• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and experience, showcasing a variety of projects and your design process
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating findings into the design process
• Ability to create interactive prototypes to test and communicate design concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present and explain design decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address user pain points and design challenges
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and collaborative work culture.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in relevant area with 4 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that prioritize user needs and enhance the overall user experience.
• Conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and iterate on designs based on feedback and testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design into the final product.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across the product.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Additional Skills:

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices to ensure designs are inclusive for all users.
• Experience conducting user testing and analysing results to improve designs.
• Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions to enhance the user experience.

08 Hours per day
